TRANSPORTATION
The venue has free on-site parking for anyone who chooses to drive. We will also be offering a shuttle to and from the hotel for guests who prefer not to drive.
ACCOMODATION
To accommodate out-of-town guests and for those who wish to stick around longer, we have reserved a hotel block so you can book your stay at a special rate. Information can be found in the HOTEL section of the site. However, feel free to book other accommodations nearby if you like.
DRESS
Cocktail/Semi-Formal
We invite guests to dress up for the occasion! Cocktail dresses or elegant separates for women, and suits or dress pants with a collared shirt for men. Please note the ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, so we recommend planning footwear and layers accordingly.
CEREMONY AND RECEPTION
Both will take place at the venue location. Our ceremony is planned for outdoors (weather permitting) at 5 pm, followed by dinner and the reception at the venue.
RSVP
RSVP's will be collected through Zola. When RSVP's open, the link below will take you to an external site where you can confirm your attendance. Only guests who names are listed on the invite may attend.
The password to access the page will be on your physical invite.
We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP by July 18th.

The block covers 3 nights including Friday Sept 4th, Saturday Sept 5th, and Sunday Sept 6th. If you only need to stay specific nights, you can edit the booking dates once you are taken to the hotel site using our provided link.

It is about 20-25 minutes from the venue and right next to BWI airport to make it convenient for those who are traveling.
Please note that the room block only includes rooms with single king beds. If you need a multibed room, you will have to book your stay at the hotel separately. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Our Story
Miranda and Brian met in July 2016 when they were sixteen years old. They were both counselors in training at Camp Possibilities, a summer camp for children living with type 1 diabetes. During that week of camp, Brian asked Miranda to go to the camp dance only after she threw a plush Poke ball at his head. They quickly became close and in August that year, had their first date at the Rio in Gaithersburg, MD where they had dinner at California Pizza Kitchen and saw the movie 'Lights Out'.
From there, they spent years driving to see each other on weekends throughout high school and college. The rest is history.
In August 2025, Miranda and Brian got engaged during their trip to London, where Brian asked Miranda to marry him in front of a beautiful view of Tower Bridge.
Today, Miranda and Brian live together in North Bethesda, MD and still return to Camp Possibilities in the summer.

FAQ
Can I bring a guest or a plus one?
Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.
Are children invited?
Children who are invited to attend will be included in your personal invitation.
What should I wear?
The dress code is semi-formal / cocktail attire. For more information check THE WEDDING section.
Is parking available?
Yes! There is free on-site parking available at the venue. There will also be a shuttle transporting guests to and from the specified hotel.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for parking and seating. The ceremony will start at 5 pm.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes!! We’ll be serving a selection of wine, beer, and cocktails throughout the evening!
What will Dinner look like?
Dinner will be buffet style.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please indicate any allergies or dietary preferences when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. There will already be gluten free and vegan options available.
